Professional Initiatives

My commitment to creativity extends beyond agencies and client briefs. It is fueled by community leadership, experimentation, and the pursuit of new forms of connection and cultural exchange. Alongside my professional work, I have designed and executed several key initiatives that have allowed me to build dynamic spaces for dialogue, inspiration, and professional growth.

From producing events that transform failure into learning, to hosting conversations with industry leaders, and supporting national arts programs, these projects demonstrate my dedication to fostering collaboration, innovation, and continuous learning outside traditional work environments.

FuckUp Nights Qro
Creative Producer

As part of the global FuckUp Nights movement, I helped bring this unique platform to Querétaro, Mexico; creating a space where entrepreneurs and leaders share the lessons behind their biggest professional failures.

I led the creative production of quarterly events that gathered over 300 attendees each, developing partnerships with local sponsors, securing media coverage, and crafting the storytelling tone for speakers and audiences alike.

The result was a series of memorable evenings that reframed failure as a source of growth and inspiration, helping strengthen the city’s entrepreneurial and creative community.

Rifados Podcast
Co-creator & Host

With Rifados, I set out to showcase the people who make things happen—artists, entrepreneurs, and innovators who inspire through action. Together with a small production team, I co-created and hosted over 30 episodes featuring intimate, long-form interviews that explored creativity, motivation, and resilience.

Each conversation became an honest snapshot of the creative process, helping to connect local talent with wider audiences and positioning Rifados as an authentic voice within Mexico’s independent media landscape.

Insighters
Creator

Insighters began as a simple idea: to connect creative minds through meaningful conversations. Over three years, it grew into a community of more than 1,200 participants, bringing together professionals from design, advertising, film, and technology.

Through conferences, meet-ups, and collaborative sessions, Insighters offered a space to share ideas, spark collaborations, and celebrate creative thinking beyond the workplace.

It became both a networking hub and a source of inspiration for the next generation of local creatives.
